Art Classes at the Calistoga Art Center
NOTE: Karen's Acrylic Painting classes for current and former students are continuing online, for as long as need be.
I've learned more about how to make a real painting in three hours than I had in three years. 
Whether you're interested in painting landscape, still life, portrait, abstract, or mixed media painting with collage and relief printing, you can do it all with acrylic paints! Acrylics are also the most forgiving paint medium you can work with. Whether you're a beginner or a more experienced painter, you'll find these classes helpful. You'll learn a LOT about painting techniques, color, composition, and more, and you'll learn how to tame your inner critic, tap into your creativity, and paint without that critical voice interfering with your creative process.
Karen Lynn Ingalls teaches a class in Acrylic Painting online, for current and former students, on Fridays from 1 to 4 PM.
